| Donor Egg IVF Fertility Cost Warranty Programs (FCWP) RMIA offers 3 Donor Egg Programs under our Fertility Cost Warranty Program (FCWP):
The Donor Egg IVF Fertility Cost Warranty Programs offer qualified patients up to three fresh cycles of IVF for a predetermined cost.
Shared Donor Egg Under this program the Recipients share a Donor and receive a portion of the mature eggs produced by the Donor. Our Donor Coordinator matches basic characteristics - Height, Weight, and Hair Color as closely as possible to recipients. Keep in mind, however, that these basic characteristic requirements may not match and RMIA cannot, therefore, guarantee each recipient’s request for a particular characteristic. Once a confirmed pregnancy is achieved, written information regarding the donor’s characteristics, medical history, and the past three generations of family history will be shared with the recipient.
Choice Shared Donor Egg Under this program the Recipient can choose the Donor and will receive a portion of the eggs, while the remaining eggs would be assigned to another Recipient. Under the program the recipient is allowed to select one donor. Characteristics of the donor include; Blood Type, Ethnic Background, Education, Hobbies, Hair Color, and Eye Color which are shared with the potential recipient. The Recipient has the option to accept or decline the donor. If the recipient chooses to decline the donor provided the recipient would then have to wait for another donor. Division of Mature Eggs:
Exclusive Donor Egg This program allows the Recipient to utilize a given Donor’s services exclusively. In this program, the entire cost of the Donor’s services is fully absorbed by the Recipient and in return, the Recipient receives all the eggs obtained from that particular Donor. Under the program the Recipient is allowed to select one donor. Characteristics of the Donor include Blood Type, Ethnic Background, Education, Hobbies, Hair Color, and Eye Color, which are shared with the potential recipient. The recipient has the option to ACCEPT or DECLINE the donor. If the recipient chooses to DECLINE the donor provided then the recipient would have to wait for another potential donor.
