Uterine Cavity Normal

RMIA will ACCEPT INSURANCE for the following services performed at RMIA:

  • Updating of prescreening if necessary (cost may vary from $0 - $1500)
  • Monitoring $500 (est)
  • Medication $500 (est)

Services usually not covered by insurance:

  • Preparation of frozen/cryopreserved embryos $1,500
  • Transfer Tray $80
  • Ultrasound machine $270
  • Physician Fee $650 (includes facility fee)

Administrative Fee

Adopted Embryos:

RMIA will only accept embryos that originated from RMIA and were transferred to Reprotech (RTL).  RMIA does not accept embryos that did not originate from RMIA’s laboratory or that were adopted from another cryo-bank or agency.  Patients using adopted embryos that originated from RMIA and are stored with RTL will incur a $1,000 administrative fee for the review of the application presented by RTL to RMIA.
