Eligibility:

Female <51 years old (patients aged 45-50 must have clearance from a perinatologist prior to pre-screening. No exceptions.)

• At the time of embryo transfer
• Normal uterine cavity

Donor medications - $3,000 (est)
Monitoring of Donor - $1,500 (est)
Regular IVF cycle - $7,500
(includes egg retrieval, fertilization and fresh embryo transfer to recipient)
Known Donor
1. Services billable to insurance

Monitoring of Donor - $1,500 (est)

Assisted Hatching

Freezing of embryos
