IVF Program Criteria

In certain clinical circumstances, RMIA reserves the right to decline care or terminate care. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, cases where the chance of success is determined to be so low (very poor prognosis) that reasonable therapy is not likely to be effective or may be futile, where prior fertility treatments have been unsuccessful despite adequate medical care, where pregnancy would provide unacceptable parental or fetal risk, or in the presence of well-substantiated information that fertility therapy and/or pregnancy would be contraindicated.
