In Vitro Fertilization Program Director
Dr. Ball is certified as a High Complexity Laboratory Director (HCLD) by the American Board of Bioanalysis.
He has a Bachelor and Master of Science from the University of Georgia. He earned his PhD while at the University of Missouri and was a postdoctoral Fellow in Endocrinology Reproductive Physiology at the University of Wisconsin.
Dr. Ball was the president of the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART) from October 2012-October 2013. He was the first Ph.D. to be president. He is recognized as a premier embryologist and a leader in the field of Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART). Dr. Ball also interacts with numerous IVF programs and professional organizations nationally which allows networking, the sharing of ideas and quality control data, all of which keeps RMIA on the cutting edge of current Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) procedures.
When Dr. Ball is not in the lab, he and his wife enjoy volunteering with rescue animal organizations. He also likes to spend time with his two kids and is a motorcycle enthusiast.
