William, BS, TS
Will attended the University of Minnesota where he graduated with a degree in Biology. He practiced Embryology at an In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) center in Washington, D.C. for three years before he returned to his native St. Paul, Minnesota and joined the RMIA team in 2007. He is proficient in all aspects of IVF.
Alison, BS, MS, TS (ABB)
With special training in gamete and embryo biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, she graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities with a degree in Animal Science and Biotechnology. Ali has been an embryologist with RMIA since 2006 and is proficient in all aspects of IVF. She earned her master’s degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in 2016.
Mayra, BS, MS
Mayra received her Bachelors in Medical Biology Science from Pontifical Catholic University of Goias in Brazil in 2008 where she was class monitor for the Human Reproductive Biology Discipline. After college she started to specialize as an Embryologist and Andrologist working in Reproductive Medicine Centers in Sao Paulo, Brazil. She earned her Masters in Science from the Laboratory of Developmental Reproductive Biology at the Federal University of Sao Paulo, Brazil in 2014. Her research was published at the American Society and European Academy of Andrology Journal where she earned the International Trainee Merit Award in 2013 and 2014. Mayra moved to Minnesota in 2014 and worked at the Reproductive Medicine Center at the University of Minnesota, and joined RMIA in 2015. She is proficient in all aspects of IVF.
Kathy BS, MS
Kathy earned a bachelor’s degree in Physiology Neurobiology from the University of Maryland and a master’s degree in Embryology and Andrology from Eastern Virginia Medical School in 2006. She moved to Minnesota in 2007, and joined RMIA in August 2016.
Previously serving as supervisor of a chemistry lab servicing over 25 providers, Jean brought more than 20 years of experience when she joined RMIA in 2003. Proficient in all areas of Andrology and Chemistry, Jean also functions in the Embryology Lab performing oocyte retrievals, sperm preparations, embryo transfers, and Reprotech shipments of sperm and embryos.
