Options For The LGBTQ+ Community
We offer several family building options for LBGTQ+ patients. From providing guidance during the selection process of your donor and/or gestational carrier to coordinating your specific treatment plan, you will be in the hands of a dynamic team of experts in the field of advanced reproduction. We offer several different treatment options, including:
- Intrauterine insemination (IUI) with donor sperm
- IVF with donor sperm
- IVF with donor sperm and donor egg
- IVF with gestational carrier (gestational surrogate)
- Reciprocal IVF for female couples, where one partner provides the eggs and the other carries the pregnancy
At RMIA, we work with both known and anonymous sperm/egg donors. FDA-mandated screening is required, and in some circumstances, psychological counseling is required prior to treatment.
For female couples, reciprocal IVF is the option that one partner provides the eggs and the other carries the pregnancy. Psychological consultation is offered to all couples seeking third-party reproduction. This visit is required for couples utilizing gestational carriers or known gamete donors.
